HARTWELL, Ga - The second round of the 2019 Conference Carolinas Women's Golf Championship concluded with Limestone building on their first round lead. The Saints finished round two with a 17 over par 305. Reme Cortes and Hailey Cleary, who both shot 2 over par 74, led Limestone and also tied for low round of the day.
Mount Olive jumped up 4 spots with a 310, moving them into 2nd place. Belmont Abbey moved up on the leaderboard as well, shooting a 323 and finishing up the day in third place. Fourth place is held by Barton, whose 327 kept them one shot ahead of Erskine, who shot 329 and dropped down to 5th place. Converse came in with a 335 total and dropped to 6th place, despite their own Tyler Dawson leading the tournament individually. Dawson shot a 5 over par 149 for the first two rounds. North Greenville shot a 324 and sits in 7th place, while King shot 329 and remains in 8th place.
Emmanuel fired a 333 to finish the second round in 9th place, while SWU rounded out the field with a 335.
