Two more free throws from Simmons combined with two points each from Locke and Whitaker would help the Lions close out the third quarter with a 53-52 lead.

As action continued into the fourth quarter, a solid team effort from the Pacers would help them pull ahead by two. EC would rally back with a jump shot from Mari Jonassen and Breanna Locke to tie the score up, 62-62. Simmons game high 20th point would come next to put the Lions ahead one last time.
